How quickly can my storage unit be delivered?

In most cases, we can make deliveries within 24-48 hours during the work week. We try our best to fit the delivery into YOUR schedule.

Who can use a storage container?

Anyone who needs affordable, secure additional storage on a short or long-term basis can benefit from our storage containers. Our customers range from individuals to large companies, from many different industries.

What kinds of modifications are available?

Containers are extremely versatile and can be customized in many ways. Common modifications are extra security features including our S-LOX locking system, custom paint, interior shelving, extra venting, and additional doors on the side or on both ends of the unit. Our representatives can help assess your situation and provide a quote for modifications to suit your time and budget needs.

Where can you put my storage unit?

Containers can be placed at most locations, provided the surface is hard, flat and accessible by a large truck and trailer rig. Delivery on dirt or grass is not a problem as long as it is not too wet or too soft for our trucks to drive on. We also deliver on cement, pavement, asphalt, or gravel. There is usually no site preparation necessary, as long as the location is fairly level. However, please be sure to note any low power lines, tree limbs, soft ground or other issues that our drivers may need to be aware of when delivering. If ground conditions at your location are soft or you are unsure of space or conditions, please inform your representative so we can discuss preparations and alternatives. We would be happy to come out and preview your location to help determine the best placement of your container.

How will I be billed for the rented storage container(s)?

We bill on a 28-day billing cycle.  Your first invoice will cover the first cycle's rent plus delivery and pickup charges and is typically due when the container is delivered. After that, you will be billed every four weeks for your rent. Payments are due within 15 days. We accept all major credit cards and we can arrange for convenient automatic billing to your card each month.

What are the charges for delivery and pickup?

Transportation costs vary depending on your location and site conditions. Your representative will provide an exact quote when you contact us. Additional charges may occur for extended wait times.

When can my storage container be delivered?

In most cases, we can deliver your container within 24 hours during the workweek. We always try to fit our delivery into your schedule if possible. Your representative can provide a definite delivery day and time frame when you place your order.
